I had my kitchen quartz worktop fitted last week. The only way is granite has been an amazing company through my process. I spent time shopping around and then went to “TOWIG”. From the moment I walked into the showroom my 5 star experience began with the reception , greeting and help I received from Nicholas and Jasmine. Jasmine certainly knows her stock, she helped me with suggestions when she knew what I had in my mind for colours. Nicholas was amazing I only have a small kitchen but that didn’t matter at all I was made to feel very important and well looked after. Gi was fantastic not just friendly but very friendly and knows his job well he was so quick doing his part. I cannot fault any of the staff for their friendliness, attentiveness and excellent people skills. If you are looking for granite or quartz this is the company you should go to. You will not be disappointed with their products or their prices.

I received 3 quotes for granite work tops for an outdoor bbq area, Gi come round and went through some options and explained the process and gave me some ideas, after chatting with him it was a done deal and I was booked in within 2 weeks. Can not recommend The Only Way is Granite enough, from our first visit to the showroom James was extremely helpful and was able to find exactly what we wanted.I then spoke to Nick about booking in the templating, we had a few delays with our kitchen and had to push the appointment back a few times but Nick was more than happy to re-organise as necessary. Templating was booked, Gi popped round to template and was great, and worktop fitting was booked for 2 weeks later. TOWIG had a cancellation and were able to book the fitting in a week sooner than planned, the fitters were clean and polite and extremely efficient and we now have a fully functioning kitchen and our worktops look amazing.We've had a lot of issues with our kitchen - but organising the worktops was easy & stress free.Would give more stars if I could.Thank you - Isabella & James

Well we were recommended by 2 friends to go to this company and I’m so glad we did. What’s great about them is they are so down to earth, nothing is a problem. They are quick and efficient and prices are good too. Just like to thank Gi for his planing and measuring and advice and the 2 guys that came today to fit the 3 quartz worktops in our new kitchen. Jack and Tommy who fitted them were such nice lads, easy to get on with and really knew what they were doing. Did a really great job, so neat. Customer service was great too when we had a couple of questions. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend these guys. If you thinking of the worktops I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

From start to finish, this company were superb.Communication was perfect, and that's the most important thing to me. The worktops look fantastic. Hard working and efficient....I would totally recommend them!!!One tiny point...I'm surprised that they didn't put some final sealant in at the end where the tops meet the wall etc. They advised us to do that. It's just a tiny observation that's all....As I say, brilliant company, friendly, communication is spot on. Great job!!!

It's been an absolute delight dealing with the team at The Only Way is Granite. We used The Only Way Is Granite and were throughly happy with the service. I found them via Instagram and contacted them through, which they replied straight away.I then phoned them and spoke to a guy who then was very pleasant and helpful as I wanted a marble looking top but a not a strong vein it. He booked me in and the guy came over with samples to look at and to choose from. I also wanted a design on the edge of the worktop which then he told me what would suit the size of my kitchen.The guy has been doing it for 20+ years and new his stuff, even when he came back and measured up.The guy came back and fitted it which was all fine and we are very happy with it and now a few months in to it there hasn’t been any change to colour ans still looks brand new.The company do celebs and I thought they would never touch me as I’m a average person, but I was wrong. They will cater for anyone and the price was very reasonable.I would highly recommend them to anyone in the future.

Nick initially helped me choose the worktops we wanted and from the guys who came round the template them to those who fitted them, all were tidy, professional and done a great job.Also a lot cheaper then if you buy from Wickes, Wren etc, so I would definitely recommend you get a quote from these guys and if you do go with them you won’t be disappointed! They also have a lot more styles then the big kitchen retailers!

There was very good communication from the original quote to installation. Even arranged for me to view he showroom with social distancing. Was allowed to take a sample away to make sure the colour went with my new kitchen. On the day of installation very efficient service, all installed professionally and to a high standard and worked very well with my kitchen fitter. Would definitely recommend. Quartz is good quality and looks great.
