Absolutely top job and at an amazing price. Couldn’t have been more helpful from the service in the shop to working around awkward times to be able to get it fitted. They fitted a large granite worktop into a ridiculously tight basement with no fuss and leaving it cleaner than when they arrived.Happily recommend to anyone without hesitation

The Only Way is Granite from the moment you walk into the showroom in Wickford is helpful. Starting with Jasmine who gives you advice, time and support and can answer all your questions with patience. There is no pressure, with a wide range of products to choose from. The whole team is responsive and answer all your questions throughout the whole process and provide reassurances and advice as needed through style choices, template, installation and aftercare information. I would highly recommend this company without hesitation.

Absolutely astonishing work by TOWIG. Such a professional team with incredible attention to detail. Nothing was too much trouble for them, installed our worktop, upstands, waterfall ends, sinks, hob and tap holes perfectly. Totally transformed our kitchen. The Only Way Is Granite just made our dream kitchen come true. Our beautiful quartzite worktop is stunning. The triple waterfall edge is very special. From the moment we walked into TOWIG's showroom, the service was exceptional. Nicholas, Gi, Tom, Jack, Nicky, and Jasmine all went out of their way to be friendly and offer expert advice. Their professionalism and cheerfulness are in another league from anything we could have imagined. When we needed guidance, such as when choosing our stone, they provided it. We recommend them without any hesitation. If you're looking for a company to provide you with a new worktop, you really will not find better than this team. I had my kitchen quartz worktop fitted last week. The only way is granite has been an amazing company through my process. I spent time shopping around and then went to “TOWIG”. From the moment I walked into the showroom my 5 star experience began with the reception , greeting and help I received from Nicholas and Jasmine. Jasmine certainly knows her stock, she helped me with suggestions when she knew what I had in my mind for colours. Nicholas was amazing I only have a small kitchen but that didn’t matter at all I was made to feel very important and well looked after. Gi was fantastic not just friendly but very friendly and knows his job well he was so quick doing his part. I cannot fault any of the staff for their friendliness, attentiveness and excellent people skills. If you are looking for granite or quartz this is the company you should go to. You will not be disappointed with their products or their prices.

In love with my new worktops! TOWIG was competitive on price and very professional. There was 1 small error on the measurement which meant my backsplash was delayed by a week however it was resolved quickly. Clint and Chris were amazing installers, with a good attitude and always checked if I was happy.Thank you so much 🙂

Quartz worktop bought and fitted from here. Couldn't fault the service, good materials and the two young fitters Jack and Tommy even stayed later to make sure the job was done on time. Great work and all looks really good. Would recommend them and would definitely use them again in future.

After having nothing but shady tradesmen throughout the whole refurb we completed this company have been a breath of fresh air. Totally professional from start to finish. Just want to thank them all so much. Jess in the shop for spending so much time helping me choose. Nick for going above and beyond to help in my hour of need and making sure we got the perfect finish. Last but certainly not least the fitters Klint and Chris, just absolute perfectionists. I can’t recommend this company enough from start to finish. I received 3 quotes for granite work tops for an outdoor bbq area, Gi come round and went through some options and explained the process and gave me some ideas, after chatting with him it was a done deal and I was booked in within 2 weeks. Really pleased with the work and great communication from all the team at the only way is granite thank you John

Can not recommend The Only Way is Granite enough, from our first visit to the showroom James was extremely helpful and was able to find exactly what we wanted.I then spoke to Nick about booking in the templating, we had a few delays with our kitchen and had to push the appointment back a few times but Nick was more than happy to re-organise as necessary. Templating was booked, Gi popped round to template and was great, and worktop fitting was booked for 2 weeks later. TOWIG had a cancellation and were able to book the fitting in a week sooner than planned, the fitters were clean and polite and extremely efficient and we now have a fully functioning kitchen and our worktops look amazing.We've had a lot of issues with our kitchen - but organising the worktops was easy & stress free.Would give more stars if I could.Thank you - Isabella & James

Well we were recommended by 2 friends to go to this company and I’m so glad we did. What’s great about them is they are so down to earth, nothing is a problem. They are quick and efficient and prices are good too. Just like to thank Gi for his planing and measuring and advice and the 2 guys that came today to fit the 3 quartz worktops in our new kitchen. Jack and Tommy who fitted them were such nice lads, easy to get on with and really knew what they were doing. Did a really great job, so neat. Customer service was great too when we had a couple of questions. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend these guys. If you thinking of the worktops I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

A fantastic company and would recommend in a heartbeat. I mostly spoke to Nick, who was amazing, and answered all our questions. We had a lot of questions and he was extremely patient with us, nothing was too much of a bother. Nick was also very knowledgeable and made the whole process stress free. From start to finish, this company were superb.Communication was perfect, and that's the most important thing to me. The worktops look fantastic. Hard working and efficient....I would totally recommend them!!!One tiny point...I'm surprised that they didn't put some final sealant in at the end where the tops meet the wall etc. They advised us to do that. It's just a tiny observation that's all....As I say, brilliant company, friendly, communication is spot on. Great job!!!

We used TOWIG for our quartz worktops. They were fantastic and happily beat any other quote I had. In fact they were nearly half the price of Howdens kitchens. The guys that came to template and fit were friendly and professional. They fitted them only a week after templating. They look amazing and we couldn’t be happier. Throughly recommend. It's been an absolute delight dealing with the team at The Only Way is Granite. I've been following them for quite some time on Instagram so when it came to fitting my new kitchen they were first on my list to quote for worktops, and they did not disappoint. They were by far the most competitively priced and have been really patient and amenable with all my questions. Top notch customer service from enquiry to template and fitting.The worktops look absolutely spectacular, even the builders have marvelled at them. I'm really pleased and would highly recommend to others.

We used The Only Way Is Granite and were throughly happy with the service. I found them via Instagram and contacted them through, which they replied straight away.I then phoned them and spoke to a guy who then was very pleasant and helpful as I wanted a marble looking top but a not a strong vein it. He booked me in and the guy came over with samples to look at and to choose from. I also wanted a design on the edge of the worktop which then he told me what would suit the size of my kitchen.The guy has been doing it for 20+ years and new his stuff, even when he came back and measured up.The guy came back and fitted it which was all fine and we are very happy with it and now a few months in to it there hasn’t been any change to colour ans still looks brand new.The company do celebs and I thought they would never touch me as I’m a average person, but I was wrong. They will cater for anyone and the price was very reasonable.I would highly recommend them to anyone in the future.

Top class service from nick and the lads! Nick initially helped me choose the worktops we wanted and from the guys who came round the template them to those who fitted them, all were tidy, professional and done a great job.Also a lot cheaper then if you buy from Wickes, Wren etc, so I would definitely recommend you get a quote from these guys and if you do go with them you won’t be disappointed! They also have a lot more styles then the big kitchen retailers!

There was very good communication from the original quote to installation. Even arranged for me to view he showroom with social distancing. Was allowed to take a sample away to make sure the colour went with my new kitchen. On the day of installation very efficient service, all installed professionally and to a high standard and worked very well with my kitchen fitter. Would definitely recommend. Quartz is good quality and looks great.

Professional job and great service - we love our new Quartz worktops! Nothing was too much trouble, and the installation was completed to a high standard. The price was also very good, beating our previously obtained quotes from other companies.Would suggest giving them a call if your in the market for a new worktop! They also have a large selection to choose from, so there really is something for everyone.

Such a helpful and friendly business. Nick and his colleague were so professional in helping me choose a material, providing samples and quotes to replace an existing worktop after an accident. They were more than happy to provide written quotes to my insurance company too and didn’t hike the prices up like some other firms when they knew it was going through the insurance.

Superb service and helpful advice. Such a great choice. Price was very competitive too. Have to say we had a few set backs with kitchen fitters not completing sections of the kitchen on time and then an unexpected leak and Nick was so accommodating with rescheduling. I used the only way is granite to fit my quartz kitchen worktop about 4 years ago and have just used them again to replace a top on my bathroom unit. They were professional and quick. Great customer service, excellent and very extensive range of quartz to chose from in a well laid out premises. Nick was really helpful and not at all pushy, even explaining why the more expensive ranges were not necessarily better. The team were also very nice and the quality of work was excellent. Any small issues were dealt with immediately and without any fuss. Price also very competitive. Highly recommend.

I took one visit to The Only Way Is Granite with my parents and was sold! Not only did they meet the brief aesthetically with the Quartz Countertop, but their professionalism and attention to detail throughout made the entire process effortless as a client.
